Sungold F-1 Orange Cherry tomato produces 1" fruits that are very sweet, with what has been variously described, as a citrusy, tropical, or a wine-like flavor. It has just enough tartness that you know you are eating a tomato! The tomatoes remain firmer when ripe than most other cherry tomatoes. Sungold FR-1 is absolutely delicious any way you describe it! Being a good producer with exceptional sweetness, this tomato is a must. Plants need good amounts of heat and at least 6 hours of sunlight to produce properly. It needs well prepared, moisture retentive soil, allowing 1½-2' between plants, and regular watering in dry periods.
