Perennial Bloom Most perennials require minimum maintenance once established. This mix of nineteen varieties includes flowers from subtle to showy. Most perennials have one blooming season a year, usually lasting from one week to more than a month.

In cool climates plant in the spring, 3 to 6 weeks before the last average frost date. In mild climates, sow seed during cooler months, generally October through March. Some of the perennials included are Basket of Gold, Black Eyed Susan, Blanketflower, Coneflower, Cottage Pinks, Shasta Daisy, Forget Me Not, and Mexican Hat.

Terrific Trailing Baskets These seven varieties are a fabulous mix of color, form and texture. Baskets started by seed have a "natural" look. Terrific Trailers will provide a waterfall of floral delight that will show off all summer. You can start seed indoors or you can also seed your planters directly. This packet contains in excess of 15,000 seeds, so go for it! Plant 1 to 2 weeks before the average last frost.

A Real Shady Blend If you have high, filtered shade from trees or an area that gets direct sun for only a few hours a day, this shady blend of flowers will provide color and interest with as little as four hours of sun. (Eighteen different flowers total. )

Drop Dead Red Sunflowers

The Drop Dead Red Sunflower Mixture is a florist's dream. This designer mixture of pollenless, long lasting, cut-flower quality sunflowers features a range of reds from soft autumnal hues to bicolor to deep, dark burgundy tones.

Sunflowers can be planted in the spring after the last average frost date. This sunflower will grow in almost any soil but it blooms and thrives best in rich garden soil. The Drop Dead Red Sunflower would be an excellent addition to a wildflower patch or naturalized area receiving little or no care.

Florist Favorite Yellow Sunflowers

The Florists' Favorite Yellow Sunflowers have outstanding cut flower quality in an array of sunny colors. The single and double blooms range from pale to vivid yellow and they will provide a striking collection for beds and borders. This sunflower will grow in almost any soil but it blooms and thrives best in rich garden soil. Keep the plants attractive by removing spent flowers. The Florists' Favorite Yellow Sunflowers would be an excellent addition to a wildflower patch or naturalized area receiving little or no care.

A Gaggle Of Gourds Once cured, hard shelled gourds will last indefinitely and can be painted, carved, cut or drilled to make birdhouses, bowls, planters and hundreds of other craft projects. This gourd mix includes Birdhouse or Bottle Gourd, Calabash or Penguin, Corsican, Dipper, and Speckled Swan.

Gourds are very frost sensitive.

Dried Delights Sometimes called everlastings, these varieties are well-suited to drying and other methods of preservation. Place them in full sun and keep the soil well drained and moist.

Grandmothers Cutflower Grd Even if your grandmother didn't have a green thumb, this mix will evoke images of a simpler, less hurried time in which she lived. Soil must be kept moist while the seeds are germinating and beginning to grow.

Sweet Baby Blue This collection has something for all lovers of blue flowers. These flowers are excellent for borders, beds and ground cover. Plant in the spring, 1 to 2 weeks before the last average frost date.
Tomato Cherry Tomato Sungold F1 It needs well prepared, moisture retentive soil, allowing 1½-2' between plants, and regular watering in dry periods.
