White Beauty Organic Heirloom Radish is round to flat globe shape. It is a pure white skinned small round radish with a bit of a bite but not too hot. Cool, crisp and crunchy, White Beauty is quick to mature to a uniform one inch diameter in 25 days. It also has firm flesh that stays crisp for a long time and strong green tops. Slow to bolt, it prefers the cooler weather of spring and autumn; need cool temperatures and shorts day-lengths to flourish.
