Atlantic Organic Potatoes are medium, uniformly-sized oval tubers with white, lightly netted skin and flesh. They have deep eyes and can get large, so three pound spuds are possible. Resistant to late blight and scab. Dependably high yields from large, vigorous, upright-growing plants. Good for Northern gardeners. Atlantic has an attractive appearance and make very tasty fries. Widely adapted, but not recommended for dry sandy soils.
