Red Giant Organic Heirloom Mustard Greens is a full-flavored mustard. It has dramatic purple-tinted leaves with green midribs that adds color and zest to salads, stir fries and sandwiches. Can begin harvesting at 6" by picking outside leaves. Red Giant has well-savoyed leaves, predominately reddish-purple with an undercoat of deep green. It has good cold tolerance and a strong mustard flavor; more insect resistant than other varieties. Plant the Red Giant mustard seeds in early spring as soon as soil can be worked, and repeat sowing at three week intervals as long as the weather remains cool. . ... details
