Maple - Vine Leaf

The Vine Leaf Maple, Acer j. 'Vitifolium', is a strong grower, very handsome, and adds an architectural presence in any garden. This maple will provide you with character throughout the seasons. The bronze spring color will give way to a deep green that bronzes (reddens) nicely in the summer sun. It is one of the first to change color in the autumn, and every year it reliably turns an intense beautiful color. The fall color is outstanding when the wide fan shaped leaves, having 10 - 12 lobes, turn a brilliant scarlet, orange and crimson.
