Cedar - Lebanon Weeping
Lebanon Cedar Glauca Pendula, Cedrus libani 'Glauca Pendula', is a graceful cedar that has a thin, column shape and long, stiff, green needles with barrel-shaped cones. Branches are long and have a drooping habit; foliage is dark to bright green. Glauca Pendula enjoys cool temperate climates, a well drained sunny location, and a pollution free environment. It can be used as a specimen tree but it is not overly hardy and will be damaged by extreme cold. Provide a growing area in full sun with protection from wind. Must be staked to attain the desired height since it will not produce a leader. Has been in cultivation since 1850. . ... more
